If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and any damage or defect.
Our team will review the photos and determine if a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
If store credit is approved, the product must be returned to us before store credit is issued. Return instructions will be provided after your request has been reviewed and approved.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for return consideration.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
